A monthly limit
One per employee and one for the company. Both apply at once, so a single person cannot spend the whole budget.
Suspending the account
Stop the whole account at once. It takes effect immediately rather than at the end of a billing period.
What we do not do
DERSA does not classify people by social status, occupation, fame or public office. Somebody on a company account is somebody on a company account; the only thing that differs is the limit you gave them.
We do not show you an employee’s private travel. Only the journeys charged to the company appear on your statement — the account is a spending control, not a tracking tool.
