Earn with DERSA

You own the vehicles

One bajaj or twenty. Bring your vehicles and your drivers to DERSA, and your share is recorded on every job they complete.

How it works

  1. Register the fleet

You and your vehicles. Registration and insurance for each one, in the fleet's name.

  2. Assign a driver

The driver applies in their own name, not under yours. DERSA verifies who they are, the same as any partner.

  3. Agree the share

What the driver keeps is set before the first job, not negotiated afterwards. Both of you see the same figure.

  4. Earnings are divided

Every completed job records what is owed to each of you, separately. You never have to collect from your driver.

Why it is recorded separately

If the whole fare were paid to the driver and they then handed you your share, you would be your own driver's creditor. That arrangement works until the week it does not, and then it costs you both the relationship.

So DERSA records your share to you directly. And because the split is attached to the assignment rather than to the person, a job your driver does in their own vehicle owes you nothing — which is also correct.

Who sees what

You see the work done on your vehicles and what you are owed for it. You do not see your driver's personal details, or what they earn anywhere else. They are a partner in their own right, not your employee on DERSA's books.
