How earnings work
What you earn, what DERSA takes, and when you can have it. Nothing in small print.
How the money moves
You finish the job
At that moment it is owed to you. Earning and being paid are two different things, and the first happens now.
DERSA takes its share
A percentage of the fare, known before you accept rather than discovered afterwards.
Your balance moves
Every movement is recorded. Your balance is not a number somebody can edit.
You take it out
To your bank or your mobile money. You do not wait for a month-end run.
Cash trips
When a customer pays cash, the money goes straight to you. DERSA's share is then recorded against your balance as something you owe, not charged again. At the end of a day it is clear what you hold and what you owe.
If the vehicle is not yours
DERSA does not assume the driver owns the car. A completed job owes two people, you and the owner, and it is split by the arrangement that was in force on the day you did the work. Leaving the fleet later does not change what your past jobs paid.
If you arrive and the shop is shut
If you ride across town and the restaurant is closed, you do not go home with nothing. That trip still earns.
