Why DERSA

See the job before you accept

Pickup, drop-off and what you earn, before you tap accept. No accepting blind and regretting it.

Your earnings are yours quickly

Finish a job and the money is yours. You do not wait until the end of the month to take it out.

Your number stays yours

When a customer calls, it goes through DERSA. They never see your personal number.

Work is spread fairly

Jobs are not handed out on closeness alone. Somebody who has waited longer is preferred.

Jobs your vehicle can do

A motorbike is not offered a heavy load. If it does not suit you, you are not asked.

Fleet owners

If the vehicle is somebody else's, both are paid. DERSA does not assume the driver owns the car.

How to start

  1. Sign up

Your phone number and your name. It takes minutes.

  2. Choose how you want to earn

Driver or courier. What you are asked for depends on the answer.

  3. Send your documents

You do not have to finish in one sitting. We keep your place.

  4. Go online

Once you are approved, jobs start arriving.

Before you start

Do I need my own vehicle?

No. You can drive a fleet's vehicle on terms agreed before you start, or deliver by bicycle or on foot, which needs no licence at all.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. DERSA earns a share of completed jobs, and nobody will ask you for money to be approved faster — if somebody does, it is not us.

When do I get paid?

What you have earned is recorded the moment a job completes, and you can see the running total in the app. A delayed payout does not change what you are owed.

What if one of my documents expires?

We tell you before it does. If one lapses it stops only the work that needed it — insurance running out stops passengers, not parcels — and the app names the document rather than simply refusing.
